Cleaning appointment cancellations must be requested 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. If SimplyMaid receives less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation, please note that it may be necessary to for us to charge the full price of the cleaning appointment. SimplyMaid guarantees a job well done with every scheduled cleaning. If you feel additional care is needed, please let us know within 24 hours after the appointment and we will do our best to make it right. SimplyMaid reserves the right to decline service requests at any time including, but not limited to, caring for pets and watering plants.
